Our worst fears realised, but not very surprising as this is what the council suggested in 2009.

St. Helier Pub Group: The St. Helier Pub Group is a group of local volunteers who have been campaigning for three years to save The Morden Tavern Pub, St Helier Estate. The campaign is working on a business plan to purchase the lease of one of the units to be built on the site as a co-operative pub, with shares brought by local investors.
